Looking for some very light part time support on IG

Hi -

I work at a media company and have a book coming out in a few months. I'm hoping to build out my IG presence to help promote the book when it's released but need to take a personal break from social media.

Right now I have a folder of photos I can use to start posting and happy to write captions for the first few. Would love to have someone actually post them on a regular basis and help me build out future posts to build momentum. Would love anyone who is excited to offer ideas / suggestions / help build a strategy.

I don't have a ton of money to do this so not to undervalue the skill set just to be transparent. I want to keep the number of hours worked low in order to make it fair and equitable. Probably have a budget of $150 for the month.

Please let me know if you have any advice for how to hire this person (or if you or someone you know may be interested).
