Problem with fb page

I recently was added as an admin to a facebook page.

The page was old, but the owner deleted all the content, as the business (a cafe) changed name and ownership. He thought that it would be better to keep the followers, so he just changed the name of the page.

The problems are:

I cannot change the info section of the page (I need to change the email).

There is content that cannot be deleted. An old profile pic & a few posts, don't have the option to be deleted. Although I have deleted other posts, these seem to not have that option.

3.They have posted their menu & the user supposely could place an order through fb. I have found a "delete all" option, but nothing happened.

  1. I cannot change the button (Call to action) of the page.

I am the Admin for sure. I saw it with my own eyes and had the owner do it again today.

Help please!!
