Facebook Restricted My Shop

Facebook shop restricted, help please!

Hi everyone!

Recently our Facebook commerce manager restricted us being able to sell via Instagram. The problem was that we had too many orders that were “shipped late” when in reality these were custom orders that had longer ship times. The customer was aware.

Our shipping was set to 3-5 biz days but our custom items were being shipped within 10-20 biz days. So now instead of being able to change our shipping window, they just restricted our account from being able to sell.

There’s nothing I’ve been able to do besides click a button for them to review it but of course there’s no human interaction to be able to explain what happened. Has anyone had this happen and been able to rectify it? TIA!
