Affiliate %, Flat out Payment or Both for Producing Content for a Company?

I have several companies that I’ve worked with where they paid me a flat out $1500 for (5) 30 second videos….

Recently another company and I connected and they are looking for a 1-3 year relationship.

I will be pushing their products on my channels, my email lists as well as creating paid courses for my audience that leads to the product.

Does anyone ask for both % and Flat out payments as they get larger audiences
