Kinda scared for ai

So i had started a youtube channel + instagram for my short films that i made but in all those videos you hear my voice and see my face. Now with Meta training their ai with your post without asking i took all my videos down. The thing is that im kinda scarred that my face could be used for deepfake or ai. My mother already got 2 scam calls with ai voices. So my question: should i continue with the things i love and post it online? Or are my worries correct?
