Help a GenXer out! What’s the best resource for finding trending audio/video clips for socials?

Help a GenXer out here.

I’ve been doing a lot more social media content marketing for my business and it’s going well. I want to try to jump on some “trends” to see how it goes.

The problem is I used to be with 'it', but then they changed what 'it' was. Now what I'm with isn't 'it' anymore and what's 'it' seems weird and scary. (It’ll happen to YOU!)

So what’s a good resource for finding and using these trends?

Like if I want to get that video cut out of Jennifer Lawrence saying “What do you mean? What do you mean?” where do I find that?

Or the video cut out of that dog that looks super concerned with the music that sounds like the old Centipede arcade game? How can I find and use that for myself?

I’ve tried to look at Instagram Reel templates and I’m not finding them there. Do I just need to look deeper?

Or is it on TikTok? Or do I need a third party tool like CapCut or something?

Help this old guy out!

While we’re at it, I also need a better tool for finding and using music on my Reels. I have an assistant that does a lot of the posting but she’s young and uses a lot of contemporary pop in the Reels. My audience is older and I want to use music that would appeal more to them. Is there a way I can create a usable "bank" of audio for her to use?
