Outreach Approach Feedback - Inventor Conducting Market Research

Hello,

I'm an inventor. I want to outreach to my target audience, to give me feedback on my inventions. My goal is to talk to 10 people over video software (zoom or similar), and then send them my product, and have them user test it and provide feedback. In return, I can give a discount for the product if manufactured, and the satisfaction that they get their voice heard.

Thoughts on the approach?

I'm considering email marketing. I don't know if I should be a website, to build my brand and throw a video on there, along with a scheduling software, to set up times to talk. Or maybe I do that all over email. Or I could instead try to run ads on Facebook to get people there. It didn't work DMing people over Facebook, and posting a Google Form on Facebook. I might be having some success DMing people on LinkedIn. I did try using a Google Form, but being that isn't branded, I'm concerned it might look like spam. And also, it comes across bad just posting that on social media.

How would you approach this? I am seeing I need to build out my brand, so they see I am legitimate, and not SPAM.

I need help on the approach, along with specific software (free or low cost). I want a basic solution.
