How can I get more adult followers/viewers on TikTok?

I make food videos on TikTok. I do have some adult followers but not a lot. I am 17 years old, but lots of teens have quite some adult followers/viewers, is it the content? My date of birth on TikTok is 2003, so I actually lied about my age, so that would make me 21 so if that matters, I’d at least need to have some 20+ y/o’s watching. Most that watch my videos are like 14 and don’t even enjoy my videos. I use relevant hashtags as well. I have over 100K followers, most being young teens
