19 social media best practices for faster growth

Key Takeaways AI works best with human oversight. Winning teams use AI to move faster without sacrificing quality. Listening is just as important as posting. Social listening helps you spot trends and understand how people actually feel about your brand. Social algorithms are changing. Many platforms are now rewarding brands that post relevant content consistently, not those with the biggest follower counts. Testing is how strategy gets better. Regular testing helps you understand what actually drives results, so you can double down on what works. Treat social media as a customer service channel. Responding quickly to comments and messages builds trust. Social media keeps changing, and so do the rules for what actually works. This list of 19 social media best practices will help you build a stronger strategy, create better content, and drive results you can actually measure in 2026. Almost Human Automation?

Do any hands-off automation tools powered by AI and an LLM (like GPT-4) actually exist yet?

Maybe you can suggest a tech stack to get there?

Seems like Buffer gets close. Maybe Predis ai does too?

Am I crazy to think this is possible without becoming bot trash?

I would like to deploy a system / AI / service / tool / SaaS that will:

  1. Answer some sort of "intake form" / questionnaire about the account's goals/desired topics/etc.

  2. Emulate the characteristics of competing accounts that were identified during intake (post frequency, engagement style, post format, following list, voice, tone, etcetera).

  3. Create an image (or a video, depending on the platform and post type).

  4. Write the post's content.

  5. Save the finished post in some kind of approval library (something I can do once per week/month/etc).

  6. Make the post. Even better if it makes the post at what it deems the optimal time.

  7. React / Respond to relevant comments in context. Not just some generic "thanks! 🎉" in every reply... those are the worst.

  • Stretch Goal: also comments/reacts to other account's posts with very relevant context (again, no generic "thanks! 🎉" replies). Like an intelligent reply guy.

Alright Social Media Marketing fam, that's my fantasy product of the day, haha. Would love to learn if this exists or is even possible. Probably not. I'm not holding out a ton of hope lol 😂
