Where do you create your social media content calendars?

I use Google docs sheets with a table and include links from Drive for social media content to create my social media calendars. It's quite good, it's free and very customisable, but I find it's horrible for viewing on mobile and my clients find it difficult to review their content calendars. Any better suggestions you guys have? Free or very low cost would be amazing.
