I recently started a new job as in house social media manager for a brand new company. They had previously only focused on Amazon and shopify sales but are recently trying to Brand themselves. Their have zero social media and I was called in to assist. I held a similar role for a much larger company for almost three years and my results spoke for themselves. My old boss is friends with the new boss and was apparently boasting about my work ethic to his friend and then he “poached” me.
