Meta sent a message saying our business account will be deactivated?

Hey everyone, nit sure if this is the right place to ask but I tried looking online and wasn't able to find any help. We have a small business and run our Facebook and Instagram pages. We received a message from mta stating we violated guidelines and that they are going to deactivate out account. Has anyone here ever heard of or dealt with this? We can't afford to lose or main form of marketing. Any help is greatly appreciated, thank you!!
