Social Media Managers - whats the best workflow to store and manage assets before posting? Specifically, photo carousel’s on IG and TikTok

Particularly interested in a way to avoid having to constantly share assets from my macbook to my iphone, and then lose them in my camera roll. 🤔 I really need folders/subfolders and have them sync between devices.

Im used to working in Figma to resize/edit, but they dont have any features to manage assets (and no mobile support). I’m looking at trialing CanvaPro but the export is clunky.

Google Drive feels like the obvious choice, but theres gotta be something better? 🙏🏻
