Copyright workaround on IG?

I've never done videos and would like to learn how to create them, but first I want to understand all the copyright rules on IG and FB.

The videos I want to post will contain clips from interviews or sport events, or I'll use audio as voiceover, similar to motivational videos.

I've already read about copyright and it seems to me that content creators aren't allowed to use video clips unless they own it.

So how come so many successful pages with many followers, are putting videos that contain clips from podcasts or broadcasts which they clearly do not own? Are they just getting away with it by luck? Or how are they still doing it?

To provide an example of the type of videos I'm referring to, check out "fighting_archive" on IG.
