I have a poor reach-to-followed ratio and need help

I have an account on IG, and these were my stats in the last month (Last 30 days):

Accounts reached: 346K

Accounts engaged: 22K

Total followers: 1,105 (+65)

I've been uploading reels, one per day, and 3-4 of them went viral (two surpassed the 100k view mark). However, I don't seem to be gaining many followers.

I suspect there are several reasons for this:

Lack of CTA (Call to Action): I've noticed that I'm not incorporating a clear CTA in my content. I should consider creating an outro for each reel that includes the logo and the text "Follow us."

Lack of helpful content: My content mainly focuses on news and entertainment, which might not be perceived as helpful to my audience. I could try diversifying my content to include more valuable and informative posts.

Lack of niche content: I post news related to a broad range of entertainment industries, including movies, music, celebrities, sports, etc. Perhaps I should consider niching down to a specific area, especially since I'm associated with a record label. Focusing solely on music-related content could attract a more targeted and engaged audience.

Lack of original content: Currently, I'm primarily sharing news from various sources. To enhance my account's appeal, I should consider creating original content, collaborating with artists from the record label, and sharing exclusive behind-the-scenes content.

I would greatly appreciate any advice you guys could offer on how to improve my account. While the reasons above are what I suspect might be missing, I'm not 100% sure, and any insights you can provide would be invaluable. Thank you!
