Final project - comment based selling tool

Recently I've been learning to code, for my final project I'm working to create a tool that can boost social media sales for companies.

The idea behind the tool is to explore a comment-based selling model, focusing on word-of-mouth referrals, buying intent, and addressing generic questions more effectively. It's still a work in progress, and I'm eager to gather insights and advice from this awesome community.
