New Data Shows Where Breaking Traffic Laws Is Most Likely to Turn Deadly — New Mexico Tops the List

A new analysis has revealed the U.S. states where ignoring traffic laws carries the greatest risk of fatal consequences — and New Mexico ranks as the most dangerous by a striking margin. The study, conducted by the  Simmrin Law Group , examined five years of crash data from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and scored each state on three high-risk behaviours: distracted driving, speeding, and dangerous intersection crashes. Questions about switching to TikTok Business account

I'm social media manager for a museum that has had a TikTok Creator account for more than a year. We have 10.5K followers and are now reevaluating whether we should switch to a Business account. Trying to research this topic is maddening because the first few pages of Google are just social media tool sites rewriting the same information over and over for SEO.

I'd love to hear from both people with experience switching between the two types of accounts and people who had a Business account from the get-go.

Here are some of the questions we have:

  • What will happen to our existing TikToks that currently use sounds from TikTok's regular (non-commercial) library? Does the sound get muted/removed, or will they remain up with the sound?
  • Have you found that the Commercial Sound Library has an adequate library to keep up with trends and/or well-known artists? We are specifically concerned about losing access to trending audios.
  • Does the Commercial Sound Library include non-song sound bytes? Do Business accounts still have access to user-created audio?
  • Once you switch to a Business account, are you locked in and unable to switch back to a Personal account?
