Can’t get recommended anymore

So on 4th April i posted a Story that was showing to much ( i have a business Profile on IG ). It got removed after few seconds and i immediately got flagged ( ⚠️ ) on my account status ? My account is 3 months old. Since then 4th April my reached droped ( still around 1k likes per post, on 10k followers ) but i am seeing a big drop down in reach then before. Its been 18days since i got flagged. Since it was a Story not a post, how long will this last ? Does anyone know ?
