Sprinklr "Mentions"

Sprinklr Newbie: I was trying to do some customization, built a widget using "listening" as the source. In filters I select channels as IG, FB, and Twitter. And then our accounts that match these. The numbers just seem higher than we'd expect in some months.

Could anyone help me understand what a mention is for each of the 3 channels? I saw an additional metric “Twitter mentions excluding RTs” but these numbers still appear slightly inflated. And then I'm unsure if this still includes IG + FB. The numbers for IG and FB appear lower than I'd expect, adding more confusion.

TLDR: What does Sprinklr consider a mention? And any other help...
