Only get compensation from sponsored post of it reaches at least 20k views

So I have a account with 21k followers on tiktok. I get pretty good views, I was offered a sponsorship for $250 if it reaches 20k, & $500 if it reaches 150k. I asked what would happen if it did not reach either and they said they wouldn’t pay me lol. This is a legitimate company too. They then also said they would rather solely post them on their tiktok page (with 81 followers) but then I can repost it. Is this normal?? I will not be accepting because i know on their account it will absolutely not be reaching even 500 views.
