Is it worth advertising a pet care company on Instagram/tiktok?

I'm currently managing socials for a start-up pet care company, and wondering what the best way to get an online audience may be. Currently its a local dog walking/pet sitting service, but looking to move into selling supplies once a larger audience is achieved.

Currently I'm only really posting on Instagram, pet images and reels. What would be the best way to push content? The marketing budget is about 25 a week as its a start up, so where would be the best place to focus that?
