Reach and Engagement Dramatically Down

Is shadowbanning an actual thing? Recently my social media engagement is way way down, I am still creating fun and relevant content, but more and more it doesn’t seem to matter what I post.

My ads stay in review for almost 24 hours, also why is it that the ads run for one day start at the time submitted and not approved.

I run a brewery account and recently found out my boss is not putting 21+ floor for age range. I cannot find the posts via accounts that don’t follow said account through hashtags… any insight would be great
