How long does it take you to set up a paid campaign?

I was setting up a campaign across four networks/channels with multiple ad groups, and lots of creative for a/b testing. It took me a couple of hours to set everything up and it got me wondering how fast everyone else sets up theirs.

I searched for similar questions before but didn’t find a similar discussion. Mods feel free to delete it if I missed previous posts around the same subject.
