Just started a gaming/funny moments repost account, and am CLUELESS

But what I am confused about is, when I repost something, do I have to ask for permission, even if I make sure EXPLICITLY that the creator gets full credits and isn't tuned out at all. The reason I ask is because creators are often very slow with responding when I msg them, and this slows me down ALOT.
