Carpal Tunnel

Happy Thanksgiving!

Curious if any other social media managers experience carpal tunnel as a result of all the posting/typing? My hand is killing me, as I spent today crafting over 30 Happy Thanksgiving posts. I’m also a part-time pro-ballet dancer (my social media work is what pays the bills), so I’m accustomed to overuse injuries. Of course, the best thing I can do is rest my thumbs, but I don’t see that happening anytime soon. I’m curious if others have experienced this, and if you’ve found long-term (beyond RICE) workarounds?
