Post scheduler for Reddit, Instagram, Twitter

Does an all in one app exist?

If not, I'm looking at Postpone for Reddit (my main focus,) already have Tweetdeck for Twitter (free,) and haven't researched heavily into Instagram yet as it's my least built up social media so far.

I see something about using Airtable for sm scheduling, and connecting Reddit through Zapier, but to be honest, Airtable's website is not very clear. Plus, that method would have me paying for 3 separate apps (Postpone, Airtable AND Zapier.)

I would love to have everything all nicely organized in one place, but I'll take the second best option if I must. ;p

What would you recommend?
